Ross Named RRAC Women's Field Athlete of the Week

TEXARKANA, Texas – Texas A&M University–Texarkana women's track and field athlete Janiya Ross has been named the RRAC Women's Field Athlete of the Week for the second week of the outdoor season.

Ross earned the honor after a strong performance in the high jump at the Ole Miss Classic, where she cleared 1.60 meters to place third overall. The meet featured a highly competitive field with athletes from multiple levels of collegiate competition.
