Mary Chris "MC" Vogt enters her first season as Head Coach of the Texas A&M University Texarkana Women's Basketball program after serving as the Eagles' Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator during the 2025-26 season. She assumes leadership of the program as A&M Texarkana transitions to NCAA Division II and the Lone Star Conference. Vogt helped guide the Eagles to a 20-10 record during her first season in Texarkana.

Before arriving at A&M Texarkana, Vogt spent 10 seasons at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she served as an assistant coach and later as Chief of Staff/Director of Operations for the Ragin' Cajuns women's basketball program. During her tenure, she coached guards and hybrid players while helping Louisiana compile a 168-132 overall record, including a 100-73 mark in Sun Belt Conference play.

Vogt was instrumental in one of the most successful stretches in program history. The Ragin' Cajuns captured the 2021 Sun Belt Conference Regular Season and West Division Championships, earned a berth in the 2021 Women's National Invitation Tournament (WNIT), and won back-to-back Women's Basketball Invitational championships in 2016 and 2017. During her time on staff, the program also produced two Sun Belt Defensive Players of the Year, a Sun Belt Newcomer of the Year, a Freshman of the Year, 16 All-Sun Belt selections, and six 1,000-point scorers.

In addition to her coaching responsibilities, Vogt managed several key operational areas for the program. She served as the liaison for strength and conditioning, athletic training, academics, equipment, student managers, facilities and game management, budgeting, and team travel.

Prior to Louisiana, Vogt spent five seasons (2010-15) on Hall of Fame coach Gary Blair's staff at Texas A&M University. She served as a camp coach specializing in guard development while also working as the program's camp coordinator, assistant video coordinator, and in recruiting support.

During her time in College Station, Vogt was a member of the coaching staff that won the 2011 NCAA National Championship, defeating Notre Dame 76-70 in Indianapolis. The Aggies also made multiple NCAA Tournament appearances, including Elite Eight and Sweet Sixteen runs, and captured the 2013 Southeastern Conference (SEC) Tournament Championship.

A native of Carrollton, Texas, Vogt earned bachelor's degrees in kinesiology and sport management from Texas A&M University in 2015. She also completed minors in coaching and international/cultural management.
