Dorsett paces Eagles to team title at Nicholls State

THIBODAUX, La. — Charles Dorsett III finished second overall and helped the Eagles win the overall team title at Saturday's Nicholls State Invitational in Louisiana.
The Eagles had four runners finish in the Top 10. In addition to Dorsett, Shea Johnson finished fifth, Christopher Korir was eighth, and David Hernandez came in ninth.
Jeb White and Chapman White finished 24th and 28th, respectively, to help the Eagles' team score. A&M-Texarkana finished with 46 points, taking the top spot by seven points over host Nicholls State.
The Eagles will head to College Station on Oct. 13 to compete in the Arturo Barrios Invitational, hosted by Texas A&M University.
