Caldwell Leads Eagles at Battle for the Belt
HOT SPRINGS, Ark. – The Texas A&M University-Texarkana men's golf team competed in the Battle for the Belt, hosted by NCAA Division II Henderson State, on September 29-30.
The Eagles battled against a strong field that featured numerous Division II programs, finishing 10th overall with a combined score of 898 (+34).
Leading the way for A&M-Texarkana was Rylen Caldwell, who posted rounds of 71, 73, and 75 to finish at 219 (+3), tying for 18th overall. Junior Power and Ishraaq Anis followed closely, each carding 223 (+7) to tie for 33rd.

Up next, the Eagles will travel to Hobbs, N.M., for the Battle in the Desert, hosted by Southwest at Rockwind Community Links on October 6-7.
