Eagles Golf Set to Launch Inaugural Season This Fall
TEXARKANA, Texas – History is set to be made this fall as Texas A&M University-Texarkana tees off its inaugural season of collegiate golf. Under the leadership of head coach Ryan Huntze, the newly established men's and women's golf programs will make their debut at the Tempest Intercollegiate in Gladewater, Texas, on September 8–9.
The fall slate features seven total competitions, with three tournaments each for the men's and women's teams, along with one combined event. The fall campaign will serve as a critical foundation as the Eagles prepare for conference play in the spring.
Both teams will call Northridge Country Club and Texarkana Country Club home as they establish their presence in the collegiate golf scene. With Coach Hunter at the helm and a brand-new roster of student-athletes ready to compete, the Eagles are poised to soar into program history.
