Bio

Dr. Fachaitte Kinslow currently serves as the Associate Athletic Director & Compliance Officer and Senior Woman Administrator at Texas A&M University–Texarkana, where she is in her first year in the role. She is the primary sport administrator for indoor and beach volleyball, men’s and women’s cross country and track and field, men’s and women’s basketball, cheer and dance, men’s and women’s bowling, and baseball. In addition to overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting student-athlete development across these programs, Kinslow leads the university’s athletics compliance efforts and helps ensure adherence to NAIA policies and procedures.

Prior to her time at A&M–Texarkana, Kinslow joined Langston Athletics in November 2020, serving as the Assistant Director of Athletics, Compliance, and Senior Woman Leader. At Langston, she managed all NAIA compliance initiatives including rules education, monitoring, reporting, and implementation of policies and procedures, while also coordinating game day operations and special events.

Kinslow was actively involved across campus at Langston University, serving on the Financial Aid, Outstanding Senior Award, Behavior Intervention Team, and Assessment committees. Nationally, she contributed her time and expertise to various NAIA organizations focused on compliance, education, and student-athlete support.

She brings nearly two decades of experience mentoring students in a variety of roles, including teacher, academic counselor, therapist, and counselor. Kinslow has developed graduation check programs, created academic plans for student-athletes, and provided wide-ranging support in areas such as mental health, substance abuse, anger management, and social skills development.

Her career began in journalism and marketing, interning with KOCO-TV Channel 5’s sports department and the University of Oklahoma Athletic Department’s marketing and promotions team during the 2000–2001 academic year.

Kinslow is a proud graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, earning a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences with minors in Sociology and Journalism (2000) and a Master’s in General Education with an emphasis in Guidance and Counseling (2004). She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Sports Management from the United States Sports Academy. She is also a member of the American Counseling Association, Chi Sigma Iota – National Counseling Honor Society, and the Oklahoma Counseling Association.
